Do you charge for Postage?
We do not charge for any orders. This includes International shipping which is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.

What is your delivery policy?
• Postage and packing is free for all orders
• Please contact us at least 24 hours after placing the order if you wish to know the tracking number, which enables you to trace the parcel online at www.royalmail.com.
• We Walk aims to ship all orders received before 10am on weekdays the same day. We aim to ship evening and weekend orders the next working day. At busier times of the year, such as during sale periods, please allow an extra day or so before your order status is updated to “dispatched”.
• At busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait 7 working days after your order is updated to “Dispatched” before contacting us.

• How do International deliveries work?

• When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
• Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
• Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
• Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.


• How long do UK deliveries take?

•  We aim to send things out as quickly as possible, but you must be aware all items are hand printed and may take 3-5 days longer than normal online services, once it is in the hands of the Royal Mail it is hard for us to let you know when it will arrive as it is up to their schedule but in most cases it takes 1-3 days. Deliveries should definitely be made within 10 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] e.g.  Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please wait the full 10 working days for your delivery to arrive. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up your We Walk goods. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
• For international orders please allow 5-10 days after dispatch for delivery. For further details please see our terms and conditions.

• What happens if my order is delivered when I’m not at home?
• If your package is too big to post then you should be left a card. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

• Can someone else sign for my delivery?
• Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

• Can I pick up my order from your studio?
• Unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders from our studio.
